Electro polishing is a reversal electrolysis process. Material from the surface of work piece is removed uniformly leaving a bright and smooth surface finish. Surface of the components is enhanced by treating with acid and applying appropriate electrical current.
Electropolished surfaces are chemically passive,
free from burrs and microscopic cracks.

Stainless Steel Storage Tanks / tank are included in water distribution systems to optimize processing equipment capacity. Storage also allows for routine maintenance while maintaining needs. Design and operation considerations are needed to prevent the development of biofilm, to minimise corrosion, to aid in the integrity. These considerations may include using closed tanks with minimizes corrosion and biofilm development and aids in sanitizing thermally or chemically.
The G.M.P. Fabrication can be utilized to virtually eliminate dead leg in the design of point of use outlets in a typical WFI distribution loop. The process fluid flows through the valvebody. As demand warrants, the valve is opened providing an uncontaminated sample untainted by bacterial growth or contaminants which may accumulate in outlet greater than 6D.
The outlet can also be utilized as steam condensate drain or as a divert port. The valve had been modified to accept a third port of the same diameter pr smaller positioned adjacent to the weir at the bottom of the valve. Typically the G.M.P. valve is oriented in the vertical position for horizontal applications, the sterile access valve is recommended. The G.M.P. configuration is available in sizes ¼", 4" (DNB-100) and can be supplied with buttweld or ferrule end connections.
Piping installation is done considering the hygienic process using closed head orbital welding m/c. Our installation crews are specially trained to understand the practices to be followed for hygienic process plants, and include highly skilled welders for the relatively thin piping of process plant using closed head orbital welding m/c. These machines are having print out facilities, which help us in validation documentation. As the welding is done in the closed head the atmospheric contamination is controlled.Orbital welding reduces the triclover joints, which reduces maintenance cost of changing gaskets, internal purging same gas inside the tube also controls finish, and then the internal surface is cleaned by passivity process.
Control Panel in a distribution system is used enable various Digital & Analog instruments to be controlled from a single point For e.g. Level, Conductivity, Valves with actuators, Pumps, Flow Totalizer, Temperature etc.
Programmable Logic Control is incorporated to enable the system to do data logging. The CPU of the PLC can store the readings from the various instruments. Print outs of the same can be taken by including an HMI. Validating the system becomes very easy by installing the said system.
Ultra cleaning of sterilizing liquids or gases by pressure filtration through one 25 cm (10"), 30 cm (12") or 78cm. (31") cartridge filer. Inlet and outlet connections are at opposite end of the housing, and sanitary Tri-clamp (TC) fittings. The housing can be autoclaved or hot water sanitized with cartridge in place. They can also be in-line steam sterilized with appropriate cartridges
It is a cross flow (Tangential Flow) filtration process, which removes particles, colloids, bacteria & progeny from water. UF membranes are available ins spiral wound as well as in Hollow Fiber. It is available 10,000 Daltons to 3,00,000 Daltons. NMWL (Nominal molecular weight limit)
UF removes bacteria as well as progeny (10000 Daltons) from DM water, which is used for washing, solution preparation and much other application for pharmaceutical industries. UF requires skid, centrifugal monoblock pump and necessary piping for permeate, reject of the membrane.

CIP
An automatic portable trolley mounted CIP system will be used to clean the internal surface of the process equipment/vessels using Purified Water, detergent solutions and rinsing with WFI. The unit will be a dual tank, recirculation design that utilizes Purified Water as the pre rinse and rinse fluid, Water for Injection (WFI) as the final rinse fluid, and detergent solution washes as the cleaning fluids. The system will start the CIP to appropriate device according to a recipe
and target device from plant DCS system. Transition between the various phases will be automatic as determined by the user modifiable recipe. Some phases will be controlled independently of the CIP recipe manager.
SIP
PLC controlled SIP system/arrangement will be used to automatically steam sterilize the internal surface of the closed equipment / vessels.
